2020 XFL Season

On Oct. 22, 2019, the reboot of the XFL announced its inaugural season schedule. Game telecasts will be split between ESPN etc. and Fox Sports.
ESPN revealed all its commentators on Nov. 6. However on Feb. 2, 2020, it was reported that Pat McAfee had been granted permission from ESPN to work only a part-time schedule. Then in early March, a YouTube video surfaced in which McAfee "resigned" from that role. Cole Cubelic took over in Week 2 and will continue the rest of the season, and sideline reporter Molly McGrath has also been added to the team.
Meanwhile, Curt Menefee and Joel Klatt have been confirmed as one of the Fox Sports commentary teams. The other game is expected to be staffed on a rotating basis; Kevin Burkhardt and Greg Olsen are scheduled to work the opener and may have as many as four more games after that.
On Mar. 12, the rest of the XFL season was cancelled due to the worldwide coronavirus outbreak.
