As was the case with ABC Sunday afternoon games prior to this season, local teams are permitted to air their own broadcasts of Sunday games. ABC would regain exclusivity when Monday night games started back up in June.
APRIL

Note: the STL-MON game lasted 17 innings (5 hours, 22 minutes). At the conclusion of the LAD-ATL game (approx. 3:45 ET), viewers were switched to bonus coverage of STL-MON. When NBC aired doubleheaders, the first games would begin at 1:20 ET, and the second games would begin at 4:05 ET. In this instance, the STL-MON game would not have ended until 6:42 ET. The CHW-BOS game ended at 6:32 ET, while the MIN-CAL game ended at 6:36 ET. It is quite possible that the latter two games were not seen on NBC affiliates outside the participating teams' markets. Clarification appreciated.
